Working with eRoof was truly a pleasure. I can't say enough of how buttoned-up and professional but still personable this company is. After a devastating storm, they were there to advocate for me and my home with our insurance company. Garrett, my project manager, went above and beyond to help me understand my insurance paperwork so I knew what was going to be covered. In terms of design, eRoof and Garrett were wonderful to help me understand all my choices as well as stay within my budget. The end result was beautiful! We are so happy with the final product! The team that did the repairs was timely, professional, and honestly the cleanest roofing/siding job I have ever had. They took great care in respecting our property and our time. I recently had a hailstorm come through and damage my roof. I reached out to Aaron at eRoof and could not have been happier. It was a seamless process from start to finish. He met with my adjuster and went over the damages with him. Once that was approved, I had a new roof put on within a couple weeks after meeting with Aaron to go over the process and pick out materials. The crew showed up on time and did a great job with the roof and the clean-up. Edgar was there the next day to make sure everything went well. I was really happy with the quality of the work and the follow up to make sure I didn't have any issues. I would highly recommend eRoof! Services Roof installation

Aaron was great to work with answered all questions and very helpful with insurance company. They kept us very informed of schedule We have large steep roof and very high at spots. They managed the several day job very well and worked very hard to complete. Clean up was very t thorough, they dealt with information for inspector, and looks good. eRoof is great company with especially Tyler my project consultant. He understands my need for my house and garage roof/gutter replacement project. eRoof also works with metal which they put a metal cover sheet over my aluminum top porch to prevent rain water leak from in between my house roof and porch connection. Edgar and his roof crew came to work on my roof replacement and got both roofs replaced and did a great job. They cover all my ground and did not leave any nails behind maybe just a couple small nails I found but very clean work. The soffits and fascia and gutters were installed on clean and excellent work all around. I am so glad I selected eRoof to get the work done as my house looks great after the roof, gutter, and soffits and fascia were installed. I selected eRoof based on these Google reviews and now I am giving them a 5 star review myself for their excellent work and coordination. Our experience with e-Roof was positive from beginning to end - The communication with our project managers was so professional and thorough, our project was scheduled quickly, and they exceeded code expectations in multiple areas! That, combined with their workmanship and materials warranties, gives us so much peace of mind. Both my husband and I like to garden, and didn't know what to expect for our growing plants and yard, but the roofing team protected all of our beds and left the yard practically spotless! I'm so glad we found e-Roof, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roofing contractor.

We recently engaged eRoof to reroof our house after discovering that our roof was leaking (eRoof came highly recommended from our next door neighborhood, who had their roof redone by eRoof a couple of years ago). eRoof sent someone out to assess our situation quickly (2 or 3 days after I reached out). The assessor Aaron not only answered all of my questions that came up during his visit, when I emailed him further questions later that evening, he responded promptly (and also into the weekend, which he didn't have to - but I very much appreciated). There was zero upselling (I had to explicitly ask what other vent options there were to box vents before Aaron volunteered the pricier Whirlybird vents, which we eventually went with after taking the time to research its pros and cons for ourselves - but I noted and appreciated that he did not push the Whirlybird at all from the get-go), and zero pressure after the quote was provided. After we deemed the quote acceptable, it took no more than a week to schedule the crew. The crew was a breeze to work with while the work was going on; they finished well ahead of schedule; and I did not notice anything in the way of debris or nails when I did my walkaround with Edgar, the project manager. While an unexpected re-roofing is never a fun experience, the process was quick, pressure-free, and dare I say as painless as I imagine it could have been, and I would recommend this firm to anyone.

eRoof did more than just renovate my house — they saved it. My home was built in 1883, and when they started working on the exterior, they discovered extensive rot that could have caused serious damage if left unchecked. Thanks to their thorough inspection and quick action, they addressed all of the underlying issues and made sure my home is now safe, solid, and ready to stand strong for years to come. From start to finish, Garret and his team were absolutely incredible to work with. Garret took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I understood what needed to be done. I was deployed throughout the entire project, so having someone I could trust to keep me updated and handle everything back home gave me so much peace of mind. He even came by for an in-person visit after the project was complete to walk me through everything and ensure I was happy with the work. The project itself was a full exterior renovation — new roof, siding, gutters, window wraps, soffit, fascia, and even updating the chimneys to meet code. Every detail was done with care and precision. It wasn’t just a cosmetic update; it was essential work to preserve my home and protect it from further damage. I’m beyond grateful for the work eRoof did and for the level of care they showed throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service.

My wife saw a couple of watermarks appear on the ceiling after the heavy rain storms we had the last few weeks. Immediately we researched for a roof repair contractor and a friend recommended eRoof and spoke highly of their work. So I contacted them and a few days later Aaron Chouinard (Project consultant) came to inspect the watermarks and look for the problem. He found a roof vent had shifted and created a hole on the roof. He took some pictures of the issue to show me and discussed what they will do to repair it. He was meticulous and accommodating and did not pressure me to get the work. When he gave me a rough estimate cost of the job and explained their warranty I hired him on the spot and gave him a deposit to start work. The following week their repair team arrived to work on the roof. They were quick and efficient, when the work was complete there was no debris on the yard and the driveway was clean. Then Edgar, the repair team supervisor, sent some pictures of the repair done on the roof, it shows a lot of impressive details and the finished work looks perfect to me. Before starting work I made a request to Aaron, I wanted him to inspect the finished work making sure the hole was patched and the work was done correctly, as promised he returned and followed up on the request, crawling into the attic one more time to review the finished job for me. I was delighted. Thank you Aaron. From start to finish their office staff Jennifer and Aaron kept me informed of the progress on the project schedule. The whole team were responsive, reliable, exhibiting excellent workmanship, courteous and professional. When I need a new roof for my house I will engage you to replace it and will also recommend eRoof to all my friends looking for a reliable contractor. Kudos to the entire team and the company.

We would highly recommend eRoof, especially if you have different types of roofing challenges. Our home is an old Victorian with three different roof types – shingle, metal, and rubber. eRoof was able to provide crews to cover all the work with one point person for us to talk to. Teddy walked us through the entire process at the beginning and Edgar was the site lead for the project. They were both available when we had questions or changed how we wanted something to be managed. And they talked to each crew to ensure our requests were being made, even a special one – installing a weathervane on our steep turret roof. We would definitely recommend eRoof!

Verified eRoof were hired to reroof eight buildings/16 homes at our HOA community in Minnetonka. eRoof provided good and clear communications up front and throughout the process. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns homeowners had. We witnessed great teamwork and coordination between the office and the field crews. When the job was completed, our yards and gardens were tidy and clean. eRoof delivered what they promised! We would use them again.

Verified Due to a recent hailstorm, we needed to have our roof replaced. After interviewing several roofing contractors, we chose eRoof to perform the work. Their representative, Garret H., presented a thorough plan for completing the work, assured us that he would coordinate with our insurance company as much as we required, and had a plan that would get the work done in just a few weeks. The eRoof bid was also in-line with other bids we had received to do the work. At the same time, we decided to upgrade our gutter system, which was the original one from 1959. The new system we chose included a cover to eliminate the need for gutter cleaning. We also needed to fix our chimney cap, which was falling apart in large chunks. eRoof also gave us competitive pricing for both projects and integrated that work into the overall work plan. The chimney cap replacement was completed first. That work began on a Monday and was finished the next day. The roof replacement happened on Friday, and the gutter system was hung the following Monday. All of the work was completed in an 8-day span. Throughout the process, Garret H. worked closely with our insurance adjuster to ensure that the new roof system met the current code requirements, with the insurance company agreeing to pay for the additional underlayment called for in the code regulations. The work crews were professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. The cleanup left the grounds in good condition. In conclusion, we are very pleased with the results in all three cases - the roof, the gutter system, and the chimney cap. There wasn’t any issue with the roof but he did find an unconnected bathroom vent. And since there wasn’t any roof issue he didn’t charge us for the visit. Really appreciate that! As soon as ***** came out we knew we were dealing with a professional organization. ***** helped with the insurance claim, met with the adjusters, and provided quotes for the claims process. eRoof’s quotes were competitive with all the fly-by-night operations that descended on neighborhood but eRoof told me exactly what they would be doing. ***** was very responsive to all of our questions. ***** and his installation team were great. We upgraded to an Edco metal roof so it took a week to replace the roof. They protected the house when they removed the old roof and cleaned up daily. The workmanship on the roof is exceptional. Communication was great - we had daily email updates from either ***** or *******. ***** did a walk around with us after they were complete and noted everything we saw. eRoof fixed all of the issues before issuing the final invoice. Once the final payment was made we immediately received a receipt for the payment and the lien waiver. We wouldn’t hesitate to use eRoof again.

My interface with bid, selection of materials and time table was carried out by the very capable project manager Tyler. He was with me every step. The project was booked in June and completed the first week in July despite the unbearable heat that the crew worked through. All debris removed from the site,, flower beds un damaged and the roof looks great. Totally recommend this company!

Every question was answered promptly, and I always knew what to expect. The crew completed what turned out to be a fairly complex roof replacement in about a day and a half. Several other contractors who have since been at our home have independently commented on the quality of the workmanship and told me the roof looks excellent. What impressed me most, however, was how they handled the unexpected. Because our 100+ year-old roof structure required realignment and correction, we experienced some interior ceiling damage due to the stress placed on old, previously weakened plaster. E-Roof did not ignore the issue or disappear after finishing the roof. Teddy came out personally, walked through the damage with us, explained what had happened, documented their findings, and has been helping coordinate qualified contractors to obtain repair estimates. While this was not something covered under their contract, their willingness to continue helping after the roof was complete says a great deal about the kind of company they are. They also pointed out and helped address other issues with our home that needed attention, rather than simply replacing the roof and leaving. Home projects on older houses are rarely simple, but E-Roof made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel organized, transparent, and well managed. If I ever need another roof, or if friends or family ask for a roofing recommendation, E-Roof will be the first company I recommend without hesitation.

I contacted Tyler at eRoof to get an estimate of the repair. He was very responsive and gave a detailed breakdown of what they'd likely need to do to repair it. I also had concerns that water might've gotten into my attic space and there could be possible mold as a result. After I signed the contract, he had his team stop out right away. They took pictures of what the inside looked like and luckily the hole was right above the eaves, so no water went in the attic. They were quick and very professional. After they completed the job, I couldn't tell there was ever a hole to begin with. Tyler charged me exactly what the quote was and there were no surprises. If you are looking for a local roofing company who is professional, transparent in their communication and trustworthy, I personally highly recommend eRoof!

They went above and beyond to ensure we understood the work, offered to work with our insurance, and always picked up the phone when we called. On top of that - and before we had even signed a larger agreement with them - the team came out same-day to do an immediate patch on our leaky roof. It meant that the team came to our house after a full day of work on other homes, and yet they worked with intentionality. I so appreciated the extra time and energy they spent to ensure we avoided further home damage. The team that came to our house worked so hard and so quickly to complete our project in a timely manner. It was so impressive to watch them in action. From the care they took in tarping our windows (and part of the neighboring building) to protect them, to the thorough clean-up they did after a day's work (when it had started to rain), every step felt intentional and best practice. Tyler and his team were easy to work with and very communicative along the way. My house is old and required additional work (new sheathing to replace rotten spots) which they handled at a fair price. They also came back to replace screens that were damaged during tear off and even plugged an extra soffit hole for me while they were working on my house.

eRoof did such a great job. We would highly recommend them for your next siding job. Our job got delayed due to extreme cold which is very understandable. They were communicating through the process for updates when they would start. When we were able to get rolling with the job. It was terrible timing where we would be out of town. But they reassured they would communicate daily, which they did! Called us on updates how the job was going, any hiccups (we had old wood siding so more work to remove and a woodpecker put a nice hole in our house.) We are very pleased with how our first big home project went. eRoof made it seamless. Tyler was our project manager and beyond easy to communicate with. We asked all sorts of questions and we always got a helpful response.

Teddy was my main point of contact throughout the process. He was clear, straightforward and just a super nice guy. eRoof hit all of their timelines exactly as scheduled. The crew and their supervisor Edgar were super professional and efficient on install day. Install was done in a day, gutters the following day. I sure hope I don't need a new roof anytime soon, but if I ever do I would be happy to with with them again.

They replace the floor, railings and stairs. The footings were good so they did not need to be replaced. The team did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results. After the devastating storm that flattened much of Bemidji, we were one among countless residents who needed a new roof. We were lucky to go with eRoof. There were many roofers who visited our town, many of whom were quite unscrupulous. eRoof, from the start, was honest, open, and patient: responsive in answering our questions, thorough in assessing our damage, and completely fair in giving us an accurate and reasonable bid on the costs involved. In fact. their assessment of the damage came in at a price commensurate with that of our insurance company. Other roofers we had previously spoken with, by way of comparison, came in at a much higher price and were extremely aggressive in their sales tactics. eRoof, however, was both professional and understanding when it came to evaluating our needs. Garret Handeland conducted a thorough search of the roof and the attic, took into serious account the concerns we had about our cottage garden (which completely surrounds the house), gave us a fair price and considered all of our questions and concerns thoroughly and thoughtfully. eRoof waited, as we requested, until after the first several frosts, to begin their work and arrived precisely on time with a crew who worked unremittingly on each of the two days it took to complete their assignment. This also included repair to our chimney. We are extremely gratified with the result. The new shingles are handsome, a perfect match to our home, and of a quality far superior to that of the shingles we formerly had. They have the look, as many of our friends commented, of cedar shingles. The workers were respectful, painstaking, and professional. On completion, the foreman went over the entire roof, assessing the work and making sure that no adventitious damage occurred to the home's exterior. Garret returned to look, with justified pride, on the completed job. It was clear from my conversations with Garret that, from the start, putting up a new roof was more than just a commercial venture. He was keenly involved in every facet of the work -- both the practical and the aesthetic -- and would only be satisfied if the job reflected the most scrupulous workmanship in both detail and execution. Quality was his first and foremost concern. In sum, eRoof is an honest company committed to the highest standards -- in terms of both materials and craftsmanship --which I can recommend without hesitation.

I wasn’t sure how it would be repaired but because our shingles were 15 years old I expected I would be told I needed to replace the whole roof. Reading the reviews (including the BBB) for eRoof convinced me to call them for a bid. Aaron C. came out and made his recommendations and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I was pleased to learn they would only need to remove a small number of shingles (about a bundles worth), not the whole roof. Surprisingly, though the color match isn’t perfect it’s still quite nice. The cost of the repair, though not cheap, was fair. My only complaint is because it is a “repair” they are not able offer a warranty. But, because of the company’s history I’m confident the repair will be successful. I highly recommend this company.

It was a seamless process from start to finish. He met with my adjuster and went over the damages with him. Once that was approved, I had a new roof put on within a couple weeks after meeting with Aaron to go over the process and pick out materials. Aaron Chouinard, our project consultant, was an excellent communicator and so helpful through the whole process of inspections, estimates, insurance approvals, and final follow-up. He made a seemingly complex project easy to understand, and met with us personally to answer our questions. The installers were great, led by Edgar Barajas, who communicated progress throughout the day of installation--and we were very impressed with the thorough clean-up procedures! Chose eRoof for two reasons; representative was honest about whether new roof was needed and very thorough in talking about elements of cost. Process used was exceptional. (1) Did thorough examination of house itself so no disputes as to “damage”. (2) Product delivered and stacked on day 1. Crew arrives early day two and got roof mostly done in one day. On day three work was completed and care was taken in picking up all scraps and especially nails. eRoof is great company with especially Tyler my project consultant. He understands my need for my house and garage roof/gutter replacement project. eRoof also works with metal which they put a metal cover sheet over my aluminum top porch to prevent rain water leak from in between my house roof and porch connection. Edgar and his roof crew came to work on my roof replacement and got both roofs replaced and did a great job. They cover all my ground and did not leave any nails behind maybe just a couple small nails I found but very clean work. The soffits and fascia and gutters were installed on clean and excellent work all around. I am so glad I selected eRoof to get the work done as my house looks great after the roof, gutter, and soffits and fascia were installed. I selected eRoof based on these Google reviews and now I am giving them a 5 star review myself for their excellent work and coordination. Do not hesitate to use eRoof if you have your next house roof or gutter project.

From start to finish, Garret and his team were absolutely incredible to work with. Garret took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I understood what needed to be done. Immediately we researched for a roof repair contractor and a friend recommended eRoof and spoke highly of their work. So I contacted them and a few days later Aaron Chouinard (Project consultant) came to inspect the watermarks and look for the problem. He found a roof vent had shifted and created a hole on the roof. He took some pictures of the issue to show me and discussed what they will do to repair it. He was meticulous and accommodating and did not pressure me to get the work. When he gave me a rough estimate cost of the job and explained their warranty I hired him on the spot and gave him a deposit to start work. The following week their repair team arrived to work on the roof. They were quick and efficient, when the work was complete there was no debris on the yard and the driveway was clean. Then Edgar, the repair team supervisor, sent some pictures of the repair done on the roof, it shows a lot of impressive details and the finished work looks perfect to me. Before starting work I made a request to Aaron, I wanted him to inspect the finished work making sure the hole was patched and the work was done correctly, as promised he returned and followed up on the request, crawling into the attic one more time to review the finished job for me. I was delighted. Thank you Aaron. From start to finish their office staff Jennifer and Aaron kept me informed of the progress on the project schedule. The whole team were responsive, reliable, exhibiting excellent workmanship, courteous and professional. When I need a new roof for my house I will engage you to replace it and will also recommend eRoof to all my friends looking for a reliable contractor. Kudos to the entire team and the company.

The bids for my garage roof varied, and were quite different. I had an anomaly in the roof where it would have created supplemental charges once the tear off was done. Some bids wanted to charge $1700 for OSB some crazy charges for a building that measures 261/2' x 14 1/2'. In my mind that open up for possibly even greater supplemental charges. The 2nd bid I took was e-roof. Teddy came out to bid did a good job building integrity. He put together a bid that I couldn't put down. I agreed to their bid and the rest went along like clock work. I was really impressed with their crew. How they cared for the property, and how they took care of the anomaly that had plegged the roof for years along with having to deal with 5 layers of shingles which was a big reason for me hiring them in the first place. Thanks e-roof for doing a great job without killing me financially.

We recently engaged eRoof to reroof our house after discovering that our roof was leaking (eRoof came highly recommended from our next door neighborhood, who had their roof redone by eRoof a couple of years ago). eRoof sent someone out to assess our situation quickly (2 or 3 days after I reached out). The assessor Aaron not only answered all of my questions that came up during his visit, when I emailed him further questions later that evening, he responded promptly (and also into the weekend, which he didn't have to - but I very much appreciated). There was zero upselling (I had to explicitly ask what other vent options there were to box vents before Aaron volunteered the pricier Whirlybird vents, which we eventually went with after taking the time to research its pros and cons for ourselves - but I noted and appreciated that he did not push the Whirlybird at all from the get-go), and zero pressure after the quote was provided. After we deemed the quote acceptable, it took no more than a week to schedule the crew. The crew was a breeze to work with while the work was going on; they finished well ahead of schedule; and I did not notice anything in the way of debris or nails when I did my walkaround with Edgar, the project manager. While an unexpected re-roofing is never a fun experience, the process was quick, pressure-free, and dare I say as painless as I imagine it could have been, and I would recommend this firm to anyone.

He then went out and inspected the roof. He found non state code errors in the three year old former roofing. I was delighted at the thorough inspection and the pictures of the exact problem causing the leak. We are in our middle 80's and Aaron was so detailed in his explanation of our problem. I have no problem now understanding what we have to do to have this corrected before our ceiling collapses. Aaron eased our minds and we can now go forward with having it corrected. E-Roof provided excellent service replacing our siding, which brought new life to our home. It was a painless experience, even dealing with lead paint removal from previous wood siding. Matched our garage coloring with vinyl, which we thought would not be possible, but was able to get an exact match. They have now done our roof, siding, and gutters and will not be going anywhere else for future work on our home. The clean up was immaculate with extra care due to our young children and animals. Our home is an old Victorian with three different roof types – shingle, metal, and rubber. eRoof was able to provide crews to cover all the work with one point person for us to talk to. We had two other attic insulation companies assess our issues when we had mold and water damage along the outside joists of the house. He was very knowledgeable and through and got the the causes of the issue. eRoof cleared out the plugged up soffets, sealed them, put in the needed baffling, and brought the blown in insulation up to the new code. Aaron had connections and we were able to get very efficient peers of his to do the mold removal, dry wall replacement, and painting. I would highly recommend this company and Aaron in particular. He was available to answer questions and help me think through this complex project.

Verified I had an exceptional experience with eRoof. I was a little nervous about getting bids, unnecessarily as it turned out. Eric was so warm and helpful. He spent time going over everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect and followed up with me along the way. I was ill and not at home when the roof was installed, but was kept informed throughout with texts. My neighbors also texted me and let me know that told me that the guys doing the work were friendly, had done an excellent job and they appreciated the cleanup as I have a community garden adjacent to my house. I agree that the clean up was really good; you'd never know that a new roof was put on, except that it looks amazing. Thank you Eric and eRoof for the great experience and wonderful job! I will definitely be making referrals to you.

From color and style selections to the actual install, the process was great. Oscar and Garrett did a great job setting expectations on what to expect during the process. Everything went according to plan. They also helped a lot in communication with the insurance company and adjuster to ensure we got what we're covered for.

Garret worked really hard with my insurance to get all of our storm damage covered and was always very responsive to texts and emails. Chet and Colton made sure that the roof, siding, fascia, and gutters were completed efficiently and beautifully. Costs did not exceed the estimate and while we did add on a couple of additional projects, there was no pressure to upsell. I highly recommend eRoof and Garret especially for his wonderful communication and customer service! FYI, I met with 4 contractors and Garret was so personable and explained eRoof’s process so well that they were FAR above the other companies. It was a no brainer to go with them and I have zero regrets.

Tyler went to bat for us and got our roof replaced (our shingles were discontinued; your mileage may vary) for the cost of our deductible. While we were at it, we had eRoof install new gutters with leaf guards. Everything was done to perfection. There were some unavoidable delays with the gutter job, but everything was communicated to me ahead of time. Tyler was involved with all communications with the insurance company and really came through for us. We love the look and the quality of the new roof. A+, highly recommend. Update 5-Dec-2024: We worked again with eRoof to replace the shingles and gutters on our detached garage, and we're very happy with the results. Garret was the project lead on this job, and we had similarly good customer service experiences as compared to the work we had done on the house. The quality of materials and the installation is outstanding.

They did far more than what I had anticipated for a very reasonable price. After the job was finished the project manager, Colton, followed up to insure everything was done correctly. He found a few very small things which I thought was Ok, but he had the crew return to take care of it. This company was very professional from start to finish. The first person that I met was Aaron, who was very nice, relaxed and no pressure type consultant. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions and the best thing I liked, he was not pushy. I give this company a 5 star rating and will recommend it to anyone who needs their roof install.

From the beginning, they explained things very well, and if I had questions or needed something explained about insurance, they were good at answering my questions. At first I was concerned bc the company seemed relatively new, but the team members are all veterans who come from other roofing and construction companies - and they wanted a different take on the traditional company. Plus they had many good reviews from homes in my neighborhood. The estimate was very reasonable - competitive with what others were saying. But eRoof also mentioned details (gutters) and timing (quick turnaround) that had me sold. Overall it was a good experience. The

They also made a few changes (that were more cosmetic in nature) to work within our budget.

They were very thorough in providing the information we needed outlining all the job, work and costs needed for us and our insurance company. The work crew did an excellent job on site and the cleanup was fantastic. You couldn’t even tell they were there. Verified Tyler handled us with "white glove" service. Details, accuracy, follow through on everything discussed and came back to take care of the post job "punch list". I know looking for roofers is a spooky endeavor, as this was our first, and we're GLAD we chose eRoof. The crew that showed up was efficient, tru-pros, and kept all of our greenery in-tact and we couldn't really tell anyone was there even minutes after they took off. Don't fret, just book with these folks and avoid all the horror stories you read about on nextdoor or reddit. This crew has you covered. Cheers!

They also contacted our home insurance company and communicated with them about the hail coverage and payment. ERoof installed 5 new doors and 1 new window and even contracted with a chimney mason to remove and rebuild our old chimney!

The customer service was excellent with Garret taking a lot of time to answer my questions and make certain the process of replacing the window wrap, damaged in the hail storm of August 2023, was timely and painless. Garret was there every step of the way, working with my home insurance company SafeCo/Liberty Mutual. This was my first hail claim and I was surprised that SafeCo’s estimator low-balled nearly everything. I was so glad Garret was able to take the lead on making sure that the work that needed to get done was appropriately covered by SafeCo. Then Edgar and his roofing team were fantastic, quickly and expertly replacing and installing my new roof and gutter system. And finally, Chet and his siding team did an excellent job on my vinyl siding and window wraps. It’s like I have a brand new house!

They protected my house and driveway with tarps to prevent damage and cleaned up the area after the work was completed. After dealing with a few other roofing contractors who couldn’t help or provide suggestions in repairing and waterproofing our 4 season sunroom addition I found eRoof. Tyler and Rusty knew exactly what they needed to do for a longterm solution to cover with an EPDM membrane roof system. They worked quickly, were fast and efficient and had the project completed in just a few weeks. I would gladly recommend them, and would be the first people I called if I need roofing advice and repairs again. With as much rain as we have had this summer, we are glad we found them and very satisfied with the end results.

Repair a Metal Roof We needed expert help to cover and waterproof our 4 season sunroom addition that has a flat aluminum roof after a bad hail storm last summer, We had a couple other local roofing contractors who seemed competent look and not fully understand how or what to do with it and walking away from it... They recommended replacement of the whole addition. The estimate was accurate and communication was very detailed, often and appreciated. The job was done in less than a day including complete removal of the old shingles, all new valley and flashing tin and new metal vents. From beginning to end the process went very smoothly, and the work itself was top notch. Our first interaction was with Tyler, the consultant, who brought samples to our meeting. He described the different options, explained the benefits of each, and was knowledgeable about best practices about roof installation, ventilation, and energy efficiency. He submitted 3 proposals for different options within a week. After our selection and down payment, Edgar, the project manager contacted us and told us when the project would start. The install crew deserve a special shout-out - these guys installed our metal roof on the hottest week in July. They were diligent and showed up early to the job site. If they took breaks due to the extreme heat (which we support - the weather was close to 100 degrees all week), they would stay later to make up for the downtime. Well done, eRoof!

Verified We were searching for a roofing contractor after we got approved by our insurance company to replace our roof and took our time with meeting with a few options. We landed on going with eRoof after meeting with Tyler because he was incredibly thorough. He explained the process very well, and was willing to help fight for us to also get our garage, gutters, and window frame included as he noticed there was damage that the insurance inspector had missed. He helped us throughout the entire process by emailing and working with our insurance with additional inspections, detailed photos, and fought for us when they tried to decline portions of our claim. After it was all said and done he was able to get our insurance to pull through and pay out for our house, garage, gutters, and window frame! It was a real pleasure to work with them. Edgar (project manager) and the work crew who worked on our roofs did an excellent job that was very quick and efficient. We will definitely recommend eRoof to all friends and family moving forward for any of their roofing needs. On multiple occasions we had our 30-year-old roof checked for damage and possible replacement, with no luck because we have a tough insurance company known for turning down claims. One Sunday afternoon ***** of eRoof stopped by. We almost turned him away, discouraged by the other checks we had done. Thankfully, he politely suggested he take another look at it after a recent significant wind storm. He found damage and suggested we make a claim.Sure enough, the insurance adjuster came back indicating they would only replace select shingles. We were disgusted and disappointed. ***** calmly let ** know that is just the first step in a claim, and he would show reason to the insurance company that only partial replacement was not satisfactory. The insurance company continued to be stubborn, but ***** remained persistent and professional. ***** was in constant communication with us in the process, which kept us calm and confident. *****'s communication and that of the entire company was top notch throughout the entire process. That, to us, was a good sign of their competency, their organization, and their ethics. After approximately 4 months going back and forth with our insurance company, ***** got our approval. We were ecstatic.We were very pleased with the crew that came out and its *******. They were careful and considerate with our property. We have a lot of shrubs and perennials so it was not an easy feat for them, but they took extra steps to protect them, as well as our maintenance free deck that scratches easily. Clean up was also exceptional.Communication with ***** and ***** continued until we had our checks from the insurance company and we were able to get them paid. They were very patient and professional right to the end. They even gave us input on an insulation issue not related to the roofing, which was very helpful. I know this required some creative scheduling on your part and we can't thank you enough for all your hard work. We have a challenging house roof on our 2 story home, which required re-decking with plywood before it could be re-roofed. Also a second story flat roof over a porch, a detached garage and a screen house. Also had some minor fascia and soffit damage to repair from a prior storm, a chimney demolition and cap off, and 3 new whirlybird vents added to the roof. The amazing team completed about 98% of the project on 1 very hot day. They worked carefully to protect all structures, plants and shrubs on the property and did an excellent job on the clean-up. Any minor issues were promptly addressed and resolved. Everyone involved with eRoof was a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be more pleased with the final results.

Everything is great. I hired eRoof to repair a botched re-roofing from 4 years ago where corners were cut, leading to leaking. Tyler came out to provide an estimate the morning after I called, had a crew out one day later, and did quite a bit of work. I've got an older house with a roofline that meets a vertical wall, which is common problem area. They peeled back about 2 feet of roofing, cut a new reglet, restepped, and reshingled everything. We've had several heavy rains, and the problem is definitely resolved. The price was about the midpoint of what I expected to pay, and more than fair for the materials and the time of 3 or 4 guys, not to mention the quick turnaround.

Tyler came out and gave us some options and price ranges but never pressured us into anything. If anything, he suggested some cheap alternatives to patch potential problems! The price was under other estimates and fit our budget so we decided to replace the roof. Deciding to work with E-roof was easy and convenient. Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions. The roofing team showed up early and was attentive to detail, replacing the needed boards and installing new vents and shingles to better protect our home. I would recommend working with e-roof, especially for anyone new to home projects as Tyler can walk you through the process but not push anything on you if you're not interested. Easy to talk to and helpful in learning more about our roof/ home!

Verified Tyler was very helpful in diagnosing my issue. He was courteous while doing that and also provided some education on my roof for potential water leaks. In the end he was able to make a suggestion for a DIY inexpensive fix on his consultation that we think will fix the issue, which was very helpful to have an inexpensive solution.

He was responsive and provided thorough customer service, more than I was anticipating for this project. Our roof needed additional repair work beyond just shingling. The estimate for that, I thought, was fair. They even repainted the replacement fascia work with a matching paint color. They also replaced the roof vents with ones that were of much higher quality and squirrel-proof. The roof now looks a lot better and is of much higher quality that what we had before. I highly recommend eRoof to anyone with roofing needs.

The whole project was easy and seamlessly done. After the install everything was left clean and tidy around our home. They even came out to take a final look at the work and ended up sweeping our driveway (it was covered in leaves) to make sure everything was done and clean before they left. Scheduling was timely and efficient. The crew showed up early and began work promptly at 7am. They worked tirelessly all day long until nightfall. They came back the next day to finish and clean up the site. The clean up was incredible. There is no evidence that work had been done other than an errant nail and a beautiful new roof. Once the project was completed, Tyler came out to walk through the site with me, answering any other questions I had. His knowledge is extensive and his concern for QUALITY workmanship, and customer service is admirable. In addition, he helped to coordinate gutter repair with a different vendor. Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof From our very first meeting with Tyler until the final cleanup of the site, I was completely blown away by how eRoof exceeded our every expectation! Our home and garage roof had suffered hail damage last year. Having an older house with many dormers we were concerned about the project cost and whether the initial estimate would be close to accurate. Tyler took the lead in n working directly with the insurance company in verifying the claim and the initial estimate within a week. Two weeks later the work was completed (on time, on budget) under very hot weather conditions. The very next day Tyler was out meeting with us to perform the final job walk-through. I could not believe how nice the roof looked and how thoroughly they cleaned the yard. Most impressively, everything Tyler said they would do they did. In a situation where most people with say through grit teeth ?well at least it is done? I can honestly say that working with eRoof was one of the best, stress-free business experiences I have ever had. I strongly recommend working with Tyler and eRoof.
