Due to a recent hailstorm, we needed to have our roof replaced. After interviewing several roofing contractors, we chose eRoof to perform the work. Their representative, Garret H., presented a thorough plan for completing the work, assured us that he would coordinate with our insurance company as much as we required, and had a plan that would get the work done in just a few weeks. The eRoof bid was also in-line with other bids we had received to do the work. At the same time, we decided to upgrade our gutter system, which was the original one from 1959. The new system we chose included a cover to eliminate the need for gutter cleaning. We also needed to fix our chimney cap, which was falling apart in large chunks. eRoof also gave us competitive pricing for both projects and integrated that work into the overall work plan. The chimney cap replacement was completed first. That work began on a Monday and was finished the next day. The roof replacement happened on Friday, and the gutter system was hung the following Monday. All of the work was completed in an 8-day span. Throughout the process, Garret H. worked closely with our insurance adjuster to ensure that the new roof system met the current code requirements, with the insurance company agreeing to pay for the additional underlayment called for in the code regulations. The work crews were professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. The cleanup left the grounds in good condition. In conclusion, we are very pleased with the results in all three cases - the roof, the gutter system, and the chimney cap. I highly recommend eroof! We had them come to check out a possible leak and Garrett inspected the roof inside and out. There wasn’t any issue with the roof but he did find an unconnected bathroom vent. And since there wasn’t any roof issue he didn’t charge us for the visit. Really appreciate that! I would use them again!

As soon as ***** came out we knew we were dealing with a professional organization. ***** helped with the insurance claim, met with the adjusters, and provided quotes for the claims process. eRoof’s quotes were competitive with all the fly-by-night operations that descended on neighborhood but eRoof told me exactly what they would be doing. ***** was very responsive to all of our questions. ***** and his installation team were great. We upgraded to an Edco metal roof so it took a week to replace the roof. They protected the house when they removed the old roof and cleaned up daily. The workmanship on the roof is exceptional. Communication was great - we had daily email updates from either ***** or *******. ***** did a walk around with us after they were complete and noted everything we saw. eRoof fixed all of the issues before issuing the final invoice. Once the final payment was made we immediately received a receipt for the payment and the lien waiver. We wouldn’t hesitate to use eRoof again.
