Ventilation
- Installed GAF slant-back roof vents for attic exhaust
- Installed GAF Cobra Snow Country ridge vent
- Installed new bathroom exhaust vent and kitchen pro vent
- Installed new pipe boots and rain collars on all exhaust pipes
Flashing & Trim
- Installed new valley metal throughout
- Installed new step flashing and roof to wall flashing at all wall lines
- Installed reglet flashing at stucco wall lines
- Installed new chimney flashing including base flashing, storm collar, and cap
- Detached and reset existing gutters
