The main building and front porch both received new EPDM membrane roofing, new industrial steel gutters were installed on the main building, and the lower front entry apron was replaced with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Barkwood. - Full tear-off of existing flat roof membrane on both the main building and front porch

- Pitched roofing system to drain properly into new gutters
- Replaced parapet metal with new galvanized metal throughout
- Installed industrial steel gutters on main building and highback gutters on front porch
- Reused existing downspouts
Entry Apron Roof
- Removed existing clay tile roof on lower front entry overhang down to deck
- Installed GAF WeatherWatch Ice & Water Shield at all gutter lines and up valleys
- Installed GAF FeltBuster Synthetic Underlayment across the deck
- Installed GAF ProStart Starter Shingles along gutter lines and rake edges
- Installed GAF Timberline HDZ Lifetime Dimensional Shingles in Barkwood
- Installed GAF Timbertex Hip & Ridge Shingles in Barkwood
- Installed new reglet flashing in Royal Brown
- Installed new perimeter drip edge and step flashing
- Installed custom chimney flashing and new pipe flashings
Additional Scope
- Replaced fascia board and soffit boards on front right of building
- Completed woodwork repairs as needed
- Full cleanup of all job related debris
