🔧 Roof Replacement Details

The crew performed a full tear-off down to the deck, re-nailed any loose wood, and installed the new roofing system to meet Minnesota state code requirements including double-layer ice and water shield on the low pitch dead valley.

The scope included removal of the old siding, house wrap, and installation of the new cedar boards, giving that elevation a cleaner, more premium look that ties in nicely with the new roof and gutter system.

The roof is backed by a GAF Golden Pledge Warranty, 25 years of workmanship coverage and a 50-year material warranty on the GAF Timberline UHDZ shingle system. eRoof also provides a 2-year labor warranty on the gutter, downspout, and screen installation.
