🏗️ House Roof Replacement Details

Installed GAF slant back vents to improve attic exhaust ventilation.
Installed a Broan bathroom exhaust roof cap for proper bath fan ventilation.
Installed a new neoprene rain collar for the PVC roof penetration.
Updated the furnace stack with a new high-pitch base flashing, storm collar, and GAF Versa Cap.

Flashing & Roof Edges

Installed roof-to-wall flashing and step flashing where needed.
Removed existing gutters as needed to complete the roofing work.
Installed new drip edge and gutter apron along the appropriate roof edges as part of the homeowner-selected upgrade.

The detached garage roof was also replaced with matching GAF Timberline HDZ Nantucket Morning shingles, helping the garage roof coordinate with the main home.
