eRoof repaired our roof and gutters after hail damage from a summer storm. We initially called Garret for a second opinion on roof damage and navigating insurance claims. Rather than push a sales pitch, he offered honest, helpful advice. eRoof provided a quote and walked us through insurance inspections until we got our claim approved. The actual roof installation went smoothly and was completed in 1.5 days without any property damage. The crew worked efficiently, especially when needing to replace out-of-code decking that wasn't discovered until the project started.

ERoof was a great company to work with on a new roof. They had clear communication, great knowledge, showed up when they were scheduled, and were thorough in their cleanup. They went above and beyond to make the job right. Every step of the way, they were professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

My experience with eRoof was good. Everything was explained so we understood. Insurance would not pay for my new roof, but eRoof worked with us to make it affordable.

I had my roof replaced by E Roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, reliable, and very easy to work with. The quality of their work was excellent, and the crew did a great job keeping everything clean and organized throughout the project. They communicated clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process much easier than I expected.

The eRoof team communicated well throughout the process with us and insurance. Roof installation workmanship was of high quality and quick. The only issue we encountered was gutters were incorrectly repaired. Once pointed out, a crew came back out to fix it correctly.

eRoof were hired to reroof eight buildings/16 homes at our HOA community in Minnetonka. eRoof provided good and clear communications up front and throughout the process. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns homeowners had. We witnessed great teamwork and coordination between the office and the field crews. When the job was completed, our yards and gardens were tidy and clean. eRoof delivered what they promised! We would use them again.

Just recently moved into the area and needed to redo our detached garage. Tyler came out and made everything super easy. He was amiable and understood exactly what we needed; he didn’t try to suggest unnecessary additions. The quality of service I received both during the estimate and construction were superlative. Recommending eroof to others would be the easiest thing to do!
